The new energetic design of the monocoque expresses incisively the high performance of the Oasi 2007. The compactness and the sturdiness of the monocoque together with the most appropriate choice of axle of the entire length of the vehicle , managing to contain rear bumping guarantee an incredible dynamic stability on a bend and steadfastness on a straight line.

THE NEW MONOCOQUE IN VTR OF THE OASI 2007 MODELS ARE PRODUCED IN RTM TECHNOLOGY
(Resin Transfer Moulding)
It deals with a closed mould system (mould /counter-mould) a resin transfer (RTM) assisted by emptiness, with low pressure resin injections. This technology guarantees a higher steadfastness of the wall thickness and high finishing touches to the surface of the walls.
The Monocoque of the Oasi 2007 models will also be self EXTINGUISHABLE!
The self-carrying monocoque, presents a sturdiness and a resistance to bumps noticeably higher than that of the traditional structure of assembled panels. The main objective, in the realization of a monocoque cabin, is that of being able to guarantee a high resistance to bangs and to reduce damages in the case of an accident, to a minimum.
The compactness of the structure in VTR makes it extremely stable, strongly reducing problems like dangerous pitches on bends or danger in overtaking.
NO LEAKS OR HEAT LOSS
The characteristic of the monocoque is to be built in one unique block and to show no joints or thermic points. The technology used is the same as in boat production.
MAXIMUM AERODYNAMICITY
The incredible pliability of fibre-glass, permits you to grant the monocoque a high grade of aerodynamicity and noticeably reduce co-efficiency penentration, meaning excellent performance on the road plus minor consumption.
ECONOMIC REPAIRS
In the case of eventual damage to the monocoque, repair interventions are simple and economical, in that, the only part to be re-built is that which has been damaged; unnecessary the replacement of entire partitions, what happens in normal pannelled structures.
NO MAINTENANCE
Such a structure does not fear actions caused by atmospheric agents and remains unchanged in time without any need of maintainance. |
