Position description:

Management of the administrative part related to purchases, drawing up the purchase order for a product, registering invoices, making payments;

Management of the administrative part related to sales, issuing invoices, soliciting customer payments and managing the impact of tax legislation on budget items.

Definition of the accounting facts arising from the business activity;

Identification of the pro operating procedures for the accounting treatment of transactions;

Application of the basic rules imposed by civil law and by accounting principles for bookkeeping;

Creation of periodic accounting and tax records;

Application of general accounting techniques, such as double-entry entries, summary of the chart of accounts, schedule keeping.

Position requirements:

High school diploma in commercial technician - accountancy.

Excellent command of computer tools and management software and programs used by the company

Excellent knowledge of English and German

Teamwork

Residence in Verona and Province
